Day Wise Trek Schedule
Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar – Transfer to Sonamarg (2,730m)
Pickup from Srinagar International Airport (SXR)
Scenic drive to Sonamarg (3 hours)
Check-in to luxury campsite/guesthouse
Trek briefing, safety instructions, and acclimatization.
Day 2: Sonamarg to Nichnai (3,505m) – Trek 9-10 km
Gentle ascent through pine forests and meadows
Camp setup at Nichnai valley
Evening session: gear check, acclimatization support.
Day 3: Nichnai to Vishansar Lake (3,710m) – Trek 12-13 km
Cross Nichnai Pass (4,000m)
Reach the stunning Vishansar Lake
Camping near the lake with incredible scenic beauty.
Day 4: Vishansar to Gadsar Lake (3,600m) – Trek 14-15 km
Traverse Gadsar Pass (4,200m)
Descend into the tranquil Gadsar Valley
Campsite near one of the most untouched lakes
Day 5: Gadsar to Satsar Lake (3,650m) – Trek 12 km
Walk through flower-strewn meadows and alpine streams
Discover the Satsar Lakes, a collection of 7 glacial lakes
Wildlife observation and nature exploration.
Day 6: Satsar to Gangabal Twin Lakes (3,570m) – Trek 11-12 km
Cross Zaj Pass (4,100m) with epic views of Mt. Harmukh
Arrive at the stunning Gangabal & Nandkol Lakes
Final lakeside camp for rest and reflection.
Day 7: Gangabal to Naranag – Trek 13-14 km & Drive to Srinagar
Long scenic descent to Naranag
Drive back to Srinagar (2 hours)
Debriefing, feedback, and optional hotel check-in or departure
