Booking Terms, Cancellation & Mountain Safety Policy

To confirm a seat on any fixed departure or customized private itinerary, an advance booking deposit (typically 25% to 30% of the total tariff) is required through our official Razorpay payment gateway or registered bank account.

• Initial Deposit: Secures hotel rooms, permits, and vehicle seat reservation.
• Balance Payment: The remaining 70% balance is payable 7 days prior to departure or during physical check-in at the base hub.
• Invoices: Instant digital booking receipts and GST invoices are issued upon successful payment.

If you need to cancel your booking, the following standard refund timeline applies based on notification date prior to trip commencement:

* Approved refunds are processed directly back to the original source bank/card within 5–7 working days via Razorpay.

The Himalayas are prone to sudden extreme weather events, unseasonal snowfall, or landslide road blocks (e.g. Kunzum Pass, Zoji La, Badrinath highway).

The Travel Vogue Protection: In such circumstances, our on-ground tour managers activate alternative safe routes. If a pass cannot be traversed, your unutilized booking value is converted into a 12-Month Flexible Credit Voucher usable on any future expedition.

Trips traversing elevations above 10,000 feet (Spiti, Ladakh, Kedarnath, Kashmir Great Lakes) require normal cardiovascular health.

• All support vehicles carry certified medical oxygen cylinders and pulse oximeters.
• Travelers with pre-existing heart or pulmonary conditions must consult a physician prior to travel.
• Our certified trip leaders reserve the right to initiate a descent for any traveler exhibiting severe Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS) symptoms for their safety.
