90% Refund (or 100% credit shell valid for 12 months across any 2025/2026 expedition).

15 to 29 Days Before

50% Refund after deducting committed hotel and basecamp vehicle permits.

Weather / Force Majeure

100% Rescheduling or proportional credit in case of road blocks or sudden government closures.
